Pedestrian flown to Nashville hospital after Clarksville crash

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Clarksville postal worker was flown to a Nashville hospital Friday night after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.

The Clarksville Police Department said the 54-year-old man was struck by a black Dodge Charger around 5:22 p.m. as he attempted to cross the street near Virginia Terrace and Jana Drive. He was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment. As of publication, he was reported to be in stable condition.
