Families in Beaufort County in need of food for the holidays will now be able to receive items for their holiday meals after a recently completed food drive.
First responders from throughout Beaufort County teamed up to help collect food for those in need, bringing in over 4,000 pounds of food items for the cause.
“The 4,000 pounds of non-perishable food was evenly distributed to Help of Beaufort and Bluffton Self Help,” a Beaufort County EMS spokesperson said…
