TOLEDO, Ohio — A 36-year-old man was fatally shot outside of St. Paul’s Community Center in downtown Toledo on Friday afternoon.
A Toledo police sergeant at the scene told WTOL 11 that video evidence showed an intoxicated person with a firearm shoot the victim, Andrew Shively, following an argument. A suspect is not in custody at this time
Police responded to the shooting shortly after 3 p.m. near the intersection of 13th Street and Madison Avenue and found Shively with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries…
