MILLBURY, Ohio — After 27 years as Lake Township Trustee, Richard Welling is not retiring.
“Last Tuesday, I came in and [the trustees] had a surprise retirement party for me, and they had proclamations from the commissioners and the mayors,” Mr. Welling said. “I never said I was retiring.”
