Two people died and another was injured early Saturday morning in an East Toledo crash, police said.
The driver and passenger of a vehicle struck at about 12:28 a.m. at the intersection of Woodville Road and Varland Avenue were pronounced dead at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, according to police.
Their vehicle, which was traveling northeast on Varland, was struck on the driver’s side by another vehicle, traveling southeast on Woodville, that ran a red light, the police report said…
