DEKALB COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford resident was taken into custody for a warrant from New Orleans PD, after a traffic stop.
Raina Bradley, 22, faces charges for a warrant for theft of a motor vehicle and for driving without a valid license.
