OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Comedy legend Johnny Carson hosted a special Christmas edition of his program “The Squirrel’s Nest” on WOW-TV on this day in 1950.
Carson had just joined WOW Radio and TV that year, fresh out of college from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
