CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A mixed-use apartment tower, sitting in what figures to be the next area of emphasis for public and private investment in downtown Cincinnati, is up for sale.
Garfield Tower, which sits along Piatt Park at the southwest corner of Race Street and Garfield Place, is listed through Newmark, according to Matt Newcomer, executive managing director with the commercial real estate firm.
