Gainesville’s oldest farmers market is moving to a new location

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A well-known Alachua County Farmers Market is closing its doors and heading to a new location.

Even though a lot of people say they’re unhappy with this change, and how it seemed to fly under the radar, they say this new year is bringing new adventures, and all they can do is hope for the best.

Rain or shine, the Alachua County farmers market has welcomed visitors every Saturday since 1972!…
