A Toledo man died in an area hospital where he was taken Friday from St. Paul Community Center with at least one gunshot wound, police said.
Andrew Shively, 36, whose exact address wasn’t released, died from his injuries at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, according to a police report.
At about 3:04 p.m., he was found at the community center, 230 13th St., by officers responding to a report of a person shot, the report said…
