The cause of death of the Springfield Township doctor who went missing just before Thanksgiving is drowning.
The body of Dr. Cletus Iwuagwu, 71, was found on Christmas Day in Orchard Lake near his home in the Stone Oak development, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office said.
