We love seeing local stars shine, and Lolis Tacos has long been one of our favorites. The Tampa-born hotspot has become a local sensation as more and more people discover their homemade Mexican fare.
What started as a single taco shop has now grown into five locations, one roving food truck, and Lolis’ staked claim on the title of “Best Tacos in Tampa.” I can still remember the first time I had one of their fish tacos, and I’ve been raving about them ever since.
The locally-owned restaurant has become so popular thanks to being scratch-made and showcasing authentic Mexican dishes. From handmade tacos and sopes to steaming tamales and indulgent quesabirria, we’ve never had a bad bite.
