PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man and a woman were arrested on Christmas Eve after they were caught stealing $2,000 worth of meat and other foods from the Camas Meadows Golf Club, police said.
That morning, a burglary was first reported at the golf club in the 4100 block of Northwest Camas Meadows Drive.

A Camas Police officer headed to the scene noticed a car blocking the road in the 100 block of SE 192nd Avenue. Officials said it matched the description of a suspect vehicle involved in an attempted burglary at the same location just two days before.
Vancouver police were already stopped with the car, which had run out of gas, authorities said.
After Camas and Vancouver Police determined the two people in the vehicle were involved in the burglary, they searched the car, finding an estimated $2,000 worth of seafood, frozen cuts of meat, sausage patties, and french fries…
