$11M mixed-use development planned in Jenison with 29 townhomes

GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP, MI – An $11 million mixed-use development is being planned in Jenison with 29 townhomes and several office spaces, including a potential daycare facility.

Grandville developer KMF Construction plans to build three multi-family residential buildings and two office buildings on 12 acres of mostly undeveloped land at the southeast corner of 44th Street and 8th Avenue.
