During this week’s City Council meeting, I shared several important updates and upcoming initiatives that reflect our administration’s focus on planning, collaboration, and long-term growth for the City of Prichard.
First, I formally invited all members of the City Council to join us for the rollout of our 100-Day Plan, scheduled for January 19. This plan will outline our administration’s priorities, benchmarks, and next steps, and it will also incorporate feedback and priorities shared by Council members. Additional details, including the location and time, will be shared soon.
I also updated the Council on ongoing work related to business license fees. We are currently conducting a comparison of Prichard’s business license structure with other municipalities across Mobile County. Early findings indicate that the City may be leaving significant revenue on the table.
