MIAMI — A new study from Miami marine experts has found that manta rays are creating moving ecosystems with other species.
In a news release on Monday, the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science and the Marine Megafauna Foundation found that young Caribbean manta rays often swim with groups of other fish, creating small, moving ecosystems that support a variety of marine species.
