Bryce Underwood Fake Exit Rumor After Sherrone Moore Controversy Sparks Fury Across CFB

A misleading Instagram post sent Michigan fans into panic mode Saturday, claiming Bryce Underwood would discuss his future after the Citrus Bowl. The account “thepattefacts” dropped the bomb with a caption that made it sound like the five-star freshman was one foot out the door.

The problem is that’s not what Underwood said.

The post twisted the quarterback’s actual comments from his media session ahead of Michigan’s bowl matchup with Texas. Underwood did mention talking things over with his family after Dec. 31, but he never hinted at leaving Ann Arbor. He was responding to questions about new coach Kyle Whittingham, not teasing a transfer portal entrance.
