CLEVELAND, Ohio – Author Brad Ricca has been named the 2026 William N. Skirball writer-in-residence at Cuyahoga County Public Library.
“It’s always seemed like a cool thing so I applied for it,” said the 55-year-old Shaker Heights writer.
