COLUMBIA, S.C. — People are shopping for fireworks all over Columbia to celebrate New Year’s Eve, picking up everything from small sparklers to big aerial shows. At Casey’s Fireworks on Rosewood Drive, the store is set up to help everyone find what’s right for them.
Store owner John Casey said they even have different zones.
“For grandmothers buying for the grandkids, we have a kids-on-the-ground zone,” he said. “The red zone is for fireworks that make noise, and the blue zone is aerial fireworks that go up in the air. We’re the only store in the U.S. that has this.”…
