JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — James City County Police are investigating a break-in at a business off of Richmond Road after suspects used a stolen vehicle to breach the storefront early Sunday morning, according to a press release.
On Dec. 28 at 3:45 a.m., officers arrived to the 7500 block of Richmond Road for a reported breaking and entering in progress at a Tobacco and Vape store.
