Villager enters plea in town square vendor insurance fraud case

A Villager has entered a plea to a forgery charge in connection with his working as a vendor at town square events.

Kenneth Fergus McDonald, 58, who lists his mother’s address in the Sunnyside Villas in the Village of Woodbury, this past week in Marion County Court offered a plea of not guilty in the case. He remains free on $2,500 bond.
