AUSTIN (KXAN) — One woman was killed and another has been charged with intoxication manslaughter after a crash on South Highway 183 near the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Sunday, according to the Austin Police Department.
KXAN’s photographer on the scene captured images of what appeared to be three vehicles involved in the crash near McCall Lane.
Northbound lanes were closed while crash investigators cleared the scene, according to APD, and traffic was being rerouted at McCall Lane.
APD said the victim was a woman in her 60s. Another person was taken to the hospital. Their condition was not immediately available…
