KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Early Sunday, the Kansas City Fire Department was called to Parade Park Homes for the second vacant building fire of the month.
A call came in around 2:26 a.m. on Dec. 28, reporting a fire in the 1800 block of 15th Terrace. Firefighters found heavy smoke and flames coming from a building in the complex and brought it under control without any injuries.
Searches for people inside the building came back clear. The cause is still under investigation…
