Happy Sunday! A strong cold front moves through the area this morning, meaning wind gusts ramp up and winter-like returns this afternoon. Temperatures start in the 50s/60s this morning and dive quickly to the 20s by sunset. The wind chill will be in the teens late today. Some rain north of I-70 early today may switch to a few snowflakes as temps crash. Monday will be a bitterly cold start to the new work week with highs only in the 20s, but we should rebound nicely into the 40s by New Year’s Eve Wednesday.
