ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis County Police Department is reporting an Endangered Person Advisory.
It says that 30-year-old Cassandra Carpenter was last seen in the 11000 block of Sugar Pines Court in St. Louis, Missouri around 2 pm on Sunday, Dec. 28.
