Repair/adjust to maintain foods at 41 degrees F or below. Foods such as yogurt and salad with boiled egg and chicken were held at 48 degrees F, in the customer area display cooler, rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. TCS foods were discarded. Repair/adjust unit to maintain foods at 41 degrees F or below as required. Unit cannot be used until it can hold foods at required temperature.
