Man accused of kidnapping missing Kentucky teen to appear in Maryland court

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Christian Delgado, the Maryland man accused of kidnapping Wynter Wagoner, who went missing from her Rockcastle County home in October, is due in court on Monday afternoon.

Court records show that Delgado will have a bail review hearing at 1 p.m. on Dec. 29 in Montgomery County District Court in Maryland. He is currently being held in custody without bond, a district court clerk told FOX 56 News.

Delgado, 37, is awaiting extradition to Kentucky after he was arrested and charged with kidnapping Wagoner, who was found at a home on the 12000 block of Dalewood Drive in Silver Spring, outside Washington, D.C., according to a news release.
