CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Scores of folks gathered at the Metro Richmond Zoo to celebrate Poppy the pygmy hippo’s birthday.
The festivities for Poppy, who was born Dec. 9, 2024, to parents Iris and Corwin, took place at the Moseley zoo at noon on Saturday.
