Boo was a tiny newborn who started life on the streets with her mother and littermates.
When Animal Control found the family, they were taken to a shelter for safety. But once they were placed together in a kennel, Boo’s mother rejected the puppies and became aggressive, leaving the babies without the care they needed.
Too young to understand what was happening, Boo and her siblings still sought warmth and comfort. Because the puppies required constant, around the clock support, shelter staff contacted Compassionate Canine Society, a home based rescue in El Paso, Texas, and asked for help.
