Suspect arrested in Juárez kidnapping where $5,000 was extorted from victim’s brother

CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO (KFOX14/CBS4) — A suspect has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a woman in Ciudad Juárez, where captors extorted $5,000 from her brother in the United States.

Mexican authorities executed an arrest warrant on Dec. 23 against Elizabeth P. O. for aggravated kidnapping.
