BOSSIER CITY, La. — The Louisiana Boardwalk and East Bank District will host Rally on the Red on December 29, a free fan celebration featuring a parade, live music and fireworks.
Presented by Live! The event, hosted by Casino & Hotel and Heard, McElroy & Vestal, will run from 6:30 to 10 p.m. and is open to the public.
