ALBANY — The Cathedral of All Saints has been awarded a $675,000 grant from the Governor’s Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) to stabilize and restore the adjacent Guild House, a neo-Gothic structure designed by Albany architect Marcus T. Reynolds and added to the Cathedral grounds in 1902.
The funding will allow the cathedral to seal the building envelope and strengthen the structure in preparation for a full, phased restoration and its return to use for neighborhood outreach and community service programs.
