BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A Vestavia Hills man facing multiple felony charges was denied bond Monday, Dec. 29 after an Aniah’s Law hearing in the Jefferson County Criminal Courthouse.
Charles Alan Cummings, 39, is charged with first-degree domestic violence, first-degree rape, second-degree domestic violence, and first-degree kidnapping.
