Jefferson County judge grants bond to defendant in Trussville homicide

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Kanen Harper, 24, who is charged with murder in the Dec. 20 death of 32-year-old Christian White in Trussville, was granted bond Monday.

Judge Tanita Cain set Harper’s bond at $200,000, and he is required to wear an electronic monitoring device.
