CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A community vigil planned for Monday afternoon will honor those who have died at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
The Lowcountry Action Committee and community members will gather at Ralph M. Hendricks Park (5250 Virginia Ave.) to remember the 23 people who have died while in custody at the Charleston County jail over the last 10 years.
