66-year-old pedestrian struck and killed in Dundalk

DUNDALK, MD—Investigators with the Baltimore County Police Department are looking into the circumstances of a collision that left a pedestrian dead early Monday morning in Dundalk.

According to department officials, officers from the Dundalk Precinct responded to the intersection of North Point Boulevard and Trappe Road at approximately 1:10 a.m. on Monday, December 29 following reports of a pedestrian involved in a crash. Upon arrival, authorities determined that a pedestrian had been struck by a 2012 Honda Odyssey that was traveling southbound on North Point Boulevard.

The pedestrian was identified by police as 66-year-old Donald Knight. Emergency medical personnel transported Knight to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased…
