Emanuel Thomas, 34, of Howard County, was arrested in connection with the homicide of a 50-year-old woman who was shot and killed in the 800 block of Chesapeake Avenue in Baltimore on Saturday, Dec. 13, according to police.
Southern District officers responded to the scene at approximately 1:13 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting, a spokesperson for the Baltimore Police Department said. When officers arrived, they found an adult woman suffering from a gunshot wound, and she was pronounced dead at the scene, according to investigators.
