According to JET24 meteorologist Craig Flint, the weather outside is frightful, all right, and it may also cause power outages in the area.
“When I was coming into work, at, like, quarter to 3:00 this morning, it was, like, 62,” Flint said. “The numbers have dropped all the way into the 20s, and that is coming on the backs of very strong winds, upwards of 60 miles per hour. That’s damaging, right? So, we get concerned about power lines and tree branches that could come down in that type of wind.”
