HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The father of the student shot and killed at Kentucky State University is now in custody in Indianapolis.
Court records show Dejon Fox Sr. faces several charges related to a deadly accident, including leaving the scene operating while intoxicated causing death and driving with a suspended license.
Those charges were filed back in September. Fox failed to appear in court last week on his Vanderburgh County intimidation charges.
Those charges were filed after Fox allegedly posted threatening messages toward Jacob Bard. Bard was previously charged with the murder of Fox’s son but was not indicted by a grand jury last week…
