MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Security camera footage from an apartment complex helped Memphis Police identify and arrest a convicted felon wanted for several serious crimes.
Phillip Thomas is charged with especially aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, convicted felon with a gun and gun possession during a deadly offense.
Memphis Police said the security camera footage from an apartment complex helped officers identify Thomas. He was arrested Saturday.
