MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Thomas Earl Thomas, Jr. entered a blind plea to murder in November for a shooting on Dauphin Street on New Years Eve 2023.
Thomas also plead guilty to an assault 1st degree charge while two charges of shooting into an occupied building or vehicle were dropped.
Thomas will be sentenced on the state charges on January 12, 2026…
