MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — The Myrtle Beach Police Department spent the day honoring the life and sacrifice of PFC Joe McGarry.
Officers held a wreath-laying ceremony in his memory as Monday marks 23 years since officer McGarry was killed in the line of duty.
