Old Mill, New Drinks: Inside Napa’s Time-Warp River Bar

The Fink plays like a time capsule, a low-lit cocktail bar tucked into the Historic Napa Mill on Main Street where salvaged skiffs, heavy brass portholes and a vintage piano make the room feel like it floated in from Napa’s river days. Owner Judd Finkelstein and designer Daniel Gallardo ran hard with a nautical concept that walks a line between playful kitsch and lived-in authenticity. Since opening, the bar has settled in as a neighborhood stop for music and late-night cocktails in downtown Napa.
