CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A senior center is coming to Cedar Rapids with construction set to begin this upcoming February.
Horizons is renovating its Fifth Street building over the next year to bring the first dedicated senior center to town since the loss of the Witwer Center in the 2008 flood.
