Austin mayor pitches new rules for city council office spending

AUSTIN (KXAN) — After concerns were raised about how Austin City Council offices are spending your money, Austin Mayor Kirk Watson put forward a draft policy that could make the rules more clear and help the public better see how their taxpayer dollars are being spent by council offices.
