A Lantana woman was killed in Flower Mound with multiple passengers still in the hospital after a motor vehicle accident the day after Christmas.
On Friday, Dec. 26, at approximately 11:41 a.m., Flower Mound Police said officers responded to a major collision in the 3500 block of Justin Road involving a Nissan Altima and a GMC truck.
A 78-year-old woman, a passenger in the Nissan Altima, was pronounced deceased at a local hospital due to injuries she sustained from the crash. The driver of the Nissan Altima, an 86-year-old man from Lantana, was transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
