GRAND DETOUR, Ill. (WIFR) – A two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon temporarily halts traffic on the north end of Grand Detour.
Traffic in both directions was shut down on S. Ridge Road near W. Edgewood Road in Ogle County.
A box truck and another vehicle collided, leaving debris in the road and sending both vehicles into opposite ditches.
The Dixon Fire Department and Dixon Rural Fire Protection District responded to the crash. A Mercyhealth helicopter was also called to the scene, although it’s unclear whether it transported anyone to the hospital…
