EUGENE, Ore. — On December 27th, the Eugene Police Department (EPD) tell us that EPD SWAT safely took a man and woman into custody at 3:19 p.m. after they refused to comply with officers at their residence.
The 54-year-old man, identified as Jason David Brown, faces charges including:
- Theft in the First Degree – Firearm
- Menacing APA
- Felon in Possession of a Firearm
- Resisting Arrest
