LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County homeowners who use their property as a short-term rental are hopeful for another legal win, after a judge granted an emergency injunction to pause fines and citations.
FOX5 has covered the years of ongoing legal battles between homeowners and Clark County, and the latest legal effort to halt ramped-up penalties in federal court. In mid-December, a judge granted an emergency injunction requested by Airbnb and the Greater Las Vegas Short-term Rental Association.
