VANCOUVER, Wash. — Some residents of a Vancouver apartment building say they were left without a working elevator for a week and then without reliable hot water over the holidays, raising concerns about safety, communication and building management.
Miles Terrace Apartments, a three-year-old affordable housing complex off Mill Plain Boulevard in downtown Vancouver, is home to nearly 70 residents ages 55 and older. The building is partially owned by the Vancouver Housing Authority and managed by Key Property Services.
